• All sales are final but we reserve the right to accept returns up to 15days after delivery providing they are unopened in as new condition and can be restocked as such. 15% restocking may apply.
• No restocked product will ever be sold as new, it will be put on our "Specials" page and sold at a discount even if it was never opened.
• Raw drivers in original packaging and never mounted or connected can be credited or refunded at our discretion.
• A Manufacturer's warranty is offered on all products we sell. Raw drivers usually carry a 90day warranty that does not cover mechanical abuse or overload.
• A return authorization number must be assigned to all returns or it will not be accepted.
• We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, and AMEX as payment. Sorry no Paypal. You can also arrange to send us payment by check if you contact us at the address below.
